Starbucks

This Starbucks is awesome. Quick service, friendly faces that know you every time you come in! Last weekend I messed up my order on the app and when I came in they fixed my drink without even thinking twice. They were so kind to make it better even though I had clearly clicked the wrong item on the app. Bianca made that happen and she is always leading the charge there! Thank you!

This is a slow, inefficient starbucks staffed by 'could not care less' employees. i ordered a coffee and an item of food...each takes 30 seconds, at most, to serve. i waited 15 minutes while they served people, some of whom had arrived after me. Finally, I went and asked for my coffee. They had sent my food to the end a while ago but not told me and the coffee took 15 minutes! Sorry, we are busy. When Starbucks is too busy to get you a cup of coffee in a moment or two, it is tyime they closed. i took a refund which the girl gave me immediately without an apology. Obviously I was a nuisnace. 'Aux Delices' has better coffee and better, freshly made quick food...and is one minute away. it is also efficient and polite. Drive around the corner.

Had the worst experience 2 weeks ago in this unfriendly establishment, especially with the manager Jesse. For a first time, I walked in there with my 5y LO and we were the only customers waiting to place an order. There were at least 15 ppl waiting to pickup inside the store. Took 5 min before I ordered. Waited for another 15m for 2 double espressos to be made, during this time few many ppl walked in and had to wait inside as well. The staff did not have any sense of urgency to make the orders for the customers waiting in the store. When I asked why is it taking so long and see drinks being made that no one is picking up, the Manager's response was that drinks are for orders made through the app. I asked her if it's safe to keep so many ppl in the store waiting on top of each other during pandemic instead of moving them out faster. I saw other waiting customers shaking heads in agreement. Her response was to come outside of the service area and bring me two brouchers and tell me that I should use them to learn how to use the app for curbside pickup and in-store pickup. I remember times when Starbucks employees were apologetic for the smallest error in the order, and this woman had to be so condescending , not showing a slight sense of empathy..... during times when people wants to be away from others and keep safe. I asked her for DM email and she gave me her own, forcing me to make my experience known to everyone. Here you have it, lady. And for Starbucks, may be you should revise how you are servicing customers in stores during this different/ difficult times.
