Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My husband went through the drive thru tonight, and I hate going through a drive thru anywhere because something always gets messed up. When u go inside this location the order doesn't get messed up. Tonight my husband went and ordered a regular fish sandwich and a spicy one, cajun fries, side of mac n cheese, 2 biscuits. We got 2 spicy fish sandwiches, cajun fries, side of mashed potatoes and no biscuits. I'm very disappointed especially when we didn't receive all of our food and the wrong food with what we paid. We have never had a problem like this when we go inside. I will hang onto my receipt to bring next visit.

Went through the drive thru and they messed up my order and they refused to scan my app for rewards either out of inability or laziness they wouldn't explain. "I won't scan" was what I was told. Then since they messed the order up I was going to walk in as to not have to wait in the drive thru line but the doors were locked. It's 3 in the afternoon not a peak hours either so I cant imagine how bad they are normally. Osvaldo Camacho the manager at this location needs to take a better look at his training. I will not be back to this location.

I did an online order and wanted to order more when I arrived but they didn't take my order until they finished my online order. Then after I came back home, there was only 4 pieces of chicken instead of 5 that was ordered. There was a nub of something that wouldn't be considered a piece of chicken instead.

The worst customer service ever! Want to feel rushed when ordering through the drive-thru? This is your place. Cashier was super rude and pushy. I asked if my order was correct before pulling off, she angrily insisted that EVERYTHING was in the bag. After paying an arm and leg for chicken I should get exactly what I paid for. Service is one of those things that should come with the job... I arrive all the way home and my order was missing the items I paid for. Tried calling 2xs and the phone just rings... The worst Popeyes on this side of town. I will NEVER go back...

Shame on Management! I simply wanted to change my meal to include a second side. The young man told the manager, instead of her changing the order she chose to pretend to change it. Once she handed me my order I quickly discovered her dishonesty! Once I confronted her, she told me they can't alter an order once entered. I find this hard to believe, didn't appreciate the lying & will not be back.
