Had a very disappointing delivery experience. No cream or sugar for the coffee. No ice cream with cobbler even though it’s supposed to come with it. And I ordered the eggs scrambled with cheese; it arrived not scrambled and runny; not cooked properly. Not a good meal.

Cracker barrel hasn't changed in years... except now they serve alcohol! Totally caught me off guard as I hadn't been in in a while. Great food, great atmosphere, and great greeters. Highly recommend stopping by. KY CBD FARMACY approved!

Haven't been to "Cracker Barrel" in years 'cause I don't like the name and former bad memories of what Cracker Barrel represents to me as an African American Woman...but they must have new training techniques and more liberal acting servers as I thoroughly enjoyed my catfish dinner. My server, beautiful ❤️ Kendra was absolutely top notch, attentive, kind, and was so so great in looking out for me. She made me forget the bad memories and develop new ones. I was very glad to highly compliment Kendra to her supervisor...and I think I will enjoy Cracker Barrel from here on out! Love ❤️ you Kendra! And the catfish was great too!

We often stop at Cracker Barrel while traveling to visit parents or while on vacation elsewhere. The experience varies for each, but this one in Danville is very good. It is clean and the service is prompt and friendly. Restrooms are large and clean. Food has always been good. We stop here regularly when in the area.

Food took 20 minutes longer than expected then was also told it would take another hour to receive a baked potato. Got home food was cold and soggy. This is by far the worse takeout in Danville. Attached is the soggy fish meal.

It took 20 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. Took longer to get her drinks. When she did come to take her order she was full of excuses of why it took her so long. Her hair was tossed up it looked as if she had just got out of bed. My guest stated that she will never go to the Danville Cracker Barrel again. Great place to eat service was terrible. You lost several customers forever. Way to go

Richmond, Ky location. Arrived at 10 am, not crowded. Was seated promptly. Then… nothing!
No server came after 5 min, we asked for service please, 5 minutes later, no one came!!!
Our section was totally empty so it was not as if our server was tied up with others. So we left after notifying the manager. Breakfast at home is always a good option. You just lost a customer because service is dead in Richmond, Ky.

Waited over 2 hours. Same experience I had another location. I can understand be short handed but when the people next too show an hour half after you and get there food first... just saying. I will not be back any time soon. Too bad actually like the chain.
