China Wall

Like most Chinese food spots, they'll over charge you. I went in once to get a lunch special. They overcharged me about 50 cents. I told them what the price should be with tax and they gave it to me below the price that was in the menu! I know 50 cents isn't a lot but if they're doing this to the hundreds of people they serve every day - then they're making a KILLING!!

This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful restaurant I have ever encountered! I called to make a purchase for a delivery of 21 baby shrimps with a side of rice. The employee on the receiving end rudely pointed out that they don't sale 21 baby shrimps and that an order of baby shrimp is 18. The employee continued to laugh and say in a sarcastic fashion "If you want 21 shrimps, it's double price hahaha!"

DO NOT ORDER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAD THE WRONG CHICKEN IN MY MEAL!!!!!! I ASKED IF THEY WOULD SEND THE RIGHT ORDER BACK TO ME SHE SAID YES AN HOUR GOES BY I CALL BACK SHE SAYS I HAD MY PHONE TURNED OFF! NO! SHE ALSO SAYS THEY ARE NOT FIXING MY ORDER AT ALL AND SAYS SHE WILL GIVE ME A 3.00 OFF COUPON TOMORROW AND THAT I HAVE TO SAVE THE WRONG ORDER TO GIVE BACK! THE MEAL WAS OVER 7.00 DOLLARS!!!! ALSO I WILL HAVE NO DINNER AS I WILL HAVE T O GIVE MY UNEATEN ORDER BACK. VERY POLITLEY I TOLD HER THIS WAS NOT A FAIR DEAL I ASKED HER JUST TO REFUND THE MONEY SHE SAID NO AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR TEN MINUTES! SHE AGREES TO SEND THE RIGHT ORDER ONLY IF I HAD NOT EATEN ANY PART OF THE WRONG MEAL I HAD NOT SO I AGREED THE DELIVERY MAN SENT TO MY HOME WAS CLUTCHING THE BAG READY TO SLINGSHOT IT BACK IF MY RETURN MEAL HAD ANYTHING MISSING! VERY RUDE POOR QUALITY FOOD AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE GIVEN ME SO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THERE MISTAKE,WHEN THEY GAVE ME PORK FRIED RICE INSTEAD OF WHITE RICE THAT I HAD ORDERED CLEARLY NEVER ORDERING FROM CHINA WALL AGAIN BUYERS BEWARE YOU ARE MADE TO LOOK LIKE YOU COMMITTED A CRIME I ACTUALLY CRIED THIS WOMAN WAS SO RUDE AND UNREASONABLE!
