The McDonald's app said this location was open 24 hours, so I placed a mobile order and got there at around 3:30 am. All the lights were on both inside and in the drivethrough, including on their "Open 24 hours" sign. I pulled up to the window and was told they were closed. "The app says you're open 24 hours. If that's not true, then what are your hours?" *Silence* "Hello?" *Silence* So basically the night crew workers just sit there and get paid to pretend they are closed when they aren't supposed to be. I wonder if the owner knows they are turning away paying customers for no reason.

almost all the workers are always rude for no reason. i got a shake that they didn’t fully make and just handed out. they put it all together and didn’t mix it so it was just pure syrup sitting on the top. when i asked them to re-make it the worker rolled her eyes and walked away. when i got the manager she finished it but still loudly sighed about it. they have attitudes over the fact that they have to do their job. childish.

Order a sausage egg cheese McGriddle. They had me move up from drive thru for when they can’t get the order to you immediately. I’m waiting for 4 minutes than they give me the food just to end up finding out that the sausage wasn’t included. It was a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle but they somehow forgot to include the main ingredient, SAUSAGE!!!

Have recently been to this location numerous times within the last few months and still the service is horrible. Food is ALWAYS cold, bread stale and not fresh. Orders are received wrong so BE SURE to check before you leave.. manager is not at all accommodating and screws up drive thru orders in early morning hours.But attitude not much better in the afternoon.Go to the location on mill plain or Newtown road you get a better chance of fresher food. have had no problems there !!!

I come here all the time but recently The staff is rude. Mostly the later staff, because I usually head here after working 12 hours myself but I DK if you’re in customer service, you’re in customer service you know what I mean.The mobile app is nice. Sometimes it can glitch if you pre-order, it seems to work better when you order in the parking lot and then say that you’re there. Sometimes I’ll try to order on my way there and its 50-50 in giving u a drive thru code. Tonight especially it glitched, so I drove through once and when I got to the speaker the mobile app gave me a number and the guy kept telling me he couldn’t find it . Usually u get a 4 letter/number code but I said its giving me a long number and he said NO!! Drive around again!! Even though I did get the message that said to give the longer number to the worker. He wouldn’t listen and told me to drive around again. OK I avoided his window and went to the next window. The girl kept telling me to repeat myself and then as I spelled it out slowly and she got aggravated. My code Started with SB. So i said S as in Sam. B as in bob. Said it 3 times. So then I said S as in SAMMM, B as in BOY. She goes. Ugh you should have said that the first time and gave this “are u dumb “ sigh after she said that. Like really Are you serious! I freaking said it three times lol so I DK a lot of young people have been working there recently. I feel like the young people are rude and the older people who some of them don’t even speak English are super nice and even wish you a good night or a good day, but watch for these young ones 🙄😂 learn some manners from your coworkers
