Ordered a grande Chai with soy milk and asked for only 1/2 shot of espresso (I’m very sensitive to caffeine) but will still pay for the whole shot and they made such a big deal about not being able to do it. Been to dozen of Starbucks and never had a problem before. They ended up making it with regular milk and nothing of what I asked for. Only noticed after a few little sips but it was too late… I’m lactose intolerant and still have ONE HOUR drive home… not fun being stuck in traffic with bubble guts :( lol

stopped there during my roadtrip && the girl at the counter kept rolling her eyes at everything I tried to order lol. she told me you can’t put sweet cream foam on a brown sugar shaken espresso which isn’t true cause I’m a partner and I make it every day….. when I told her that I was a partner she started whispering to her coworker and in the end they charged me for the foam but didn’t put it on there but I wasn’t gonna make a big deal

Nice large space with big tables. Had a meeting there and enjoyed a delcious Frappuccino. Staff were friendly and fast.

Friendly, efficient baristas who churn out mobile orders very accurately. Espresso tab at the pick-up counter. Intriguing artwork adorns the walls. Bathroom (which includes a diaper changing table installed on the wall, and handicapped bars) clean but showing wear and tear. Free and fast wi-fi. Ample parking in lot out front.

I went there for almost every day for the past 2 weeks. I was visiting my daughter in Danbury.
The people are very nice, unfortunately they never had BUTTER for the bagels that I asked😔. Can someone from another store send them butter??

I was very disappointed in one of the young ladies working at the Starbucks located at 113 mill plain Rd. In Danbury, she told me to stand far away, did not explain her self. She made me feel unwanted and was rude the whole time. Being a culinary graduate I believe she should not be working in customer service. I hope she is not an example of Starbucks management.

Rudest staff ever! Don’t waste your time or money. Always a line bc of incapable staff. Any other Starbucks is 20000% better.
