Kfc

Everytime I go to this KFC I have an issue and I am not hard to please. The place is very clean and the workers are always nice. Today I chose to wait 9 minutes for a biscuit. Cookie was suppose to be with chicken pot pie fill-up and I also paid for an extra cookie. Had NO cookies when I got home. This is just one example of many. I'm not going back. I usually wouldn't post a review like this but I'm getting older and it really frustrates me.

I placed this order on like then called the store for extra detail of order. Took a while to get someone on the phone but the person I spoke with was nice courteous and helpful. When I got my food it was freaking perfect and all that I expected!! I mean frfr the chicken was fried perfectly with no skin falling off and it was still juicy. The biscuits were perfectly brown on top and the slaw seemed fresh. Mar 12 at 3:00 I received the best kfc I ever had lol thanks guys. I love kfc I’ve even visited the original store in Kentucky, I live here in Nc

Truthfully I give this a 3 1/2 for this visit , chicken was a bit soggier than usual, not too bad though!!!! that drive through cashier gave me the impression she would much rather be someplace else, I eat KFC a lot,And I can give you a bunch of locations that are always spot on unfortunately this restaurant isn't one of them. In fairness this isn't the worst I've had either from a KFC!!!
