Wendy's

Haven’t been to this Wendy’s in ages. It was good. Far better than McDonald’s that is very close in proximity. Got the Biggie Bag for $5 for my wife and I to share. We call this our On the Cheap Date. We’re not allowed to spend for more $5. They even remember onions on the side. I’m really glad to see the refill machine. I do hate going to the counter and asking for them! Only mishap, and it was my fault was that I didn’t use my newly downloaded Wendy’s app. I’m not used to having it yet. I have to call tomorrow to see if they have a heart, and add today’s purchase. Another customer in store told me that they won’t. Hoping they make this 1x exception.

Absolutely WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Regular employees were the best, super helpful and appreciative. The two managers on shift however completely ruined my experience as a whole. To be completely honest I will NEVER be returning to that location ever again. Got yelled at for going through the drive through, then got attitude when I was just trying to get my food. Absolutely no care for the customer. If I could give out negative reviews I would. Didn’t even eat my food I was so taken back by how rude a manager could be. Something should be done about the 2 managers on shift today around 2:00pm may 9th 2022. Will never be honestly getting Wendy’s again. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Took the Grandkids there for lunch they like Wendy's so do I but at this location I was disappointed! The Cashier had to do multiple tasks run the register and help prepare orders, some people in line end up leaving but not the Cashiers fault they where understaffed. And my Chicken Sandwich tasted a little dry and barely warm like it had been sitting around for a while. Again they where understaffed so don't blame the workers.

Fire the managers that work here ! Food was cold . coffee taste horrible. Fries were extremely salty . Couldn’t even eat and enjoy the drink cuz they ended up in the trash. Money wasted Guy working the window to pick up your food his nails were extremely dirty . Come on ….. seriously Wendy’s !! Covid is still out here and the managers aren’t checking peoples hands to make sure they are clean . To make it worse drive thru line is always long and they are always closed on the inside . Fire everyone and start fresh from scratch .

They had us wait a little longer for chicken which I was okay with - but they made every order wrong after already having us wait. Ordered a Hot Honey Sandwich and a Plain (no toppings) Chicken Sandwich. Instead we got a regular chicken sandwich with tomato and a chicken cheese sandwich. I don’t understand how I paid for this food, waited almost 10 minutes longer, and still ended up with completely wrong orders. They even repeated my order back to me three separate times so I don’t understand how they were able to mess it up that bad. And fortunately for me I didn’t notice this until I got home 🥴😭

Inside is never open in the evenings and drive thru will randomly be closed outside of normal posted hours. I just went at 8pm and was met with cones blocking the drive thru. Very frustrating when you specifically drive to a location at a time they are marked as being open. Do yourself a favor and call ahead. As others have said, I’ve had numerous issues with the staff at night as well. Other restaurants around here manage to maintain regular hours. Not sure what’s up here.

The reviews are absolutely true the evening shift manager is horribly unprofessional and rude. After waiting 20mins; they got my order wrong twice, never apologized. The manager got upset when I asked for a receipt, made me wait another 5mins for it. Then yelled the 4 letter "F" word at me with my kid in the car. Absolutely unbelievable. The owner should be ashamed of this Wendy's.
