Today, March 9, 2022 at 9:50pm The manager had all the panels removed from bellow the food counter. The cube shaped refrigeration coils with all the caked on dust was fully exposed. A Yellow power Drill sitting on a table, plugged in by a long extension cord, and unattended. The removed panels laying on another table. Military discount denied, despite getting it at the same store 5 days ago and every other time I have gone for the past few months. Health code volition has been reported to /subway corporate.

Terrible customer service, snotty attitude when I called an ingredient the wrong name, couldn’t handle 3 sandwich order when I was the only person in the store. Doesn't honor b1g1 footlong, as well as up charges for subway club-which is back at a regular price at 95% of stores in the area. I know each location decides pricing and what they carry thanks to having worked at several subway locations. This is the second time Ive had a bad encounter due to the workers attitudes in the afternoon at this location, worth driving out to a further location in my opinion.

Online order supposed to be ready for pick up at 445. Come in at 450 to pick it up and its not ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the 2 boys working to clock out and their replacement to finish the order. The boys made one of the sandwiches and couldnt be bothered to include the bacon on a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Only reason this isn't one star is because they girls who replaced them actually got my order finished quickly

What a horrible experience, the owner should stick to paperwork and let his employees make the sandwiches. He seemed frazzled. 4 six inch; 3 types of bread and one was wrong. It was mine so I let it go. He dropped cheese in the Tuna fish and actually still put it on the sandwich. I asked him to replace it and he got even more frustrated. I asked for the Monterey cheddar and he asked me if this was the one. I asked him shouldn't he know? Two were the same bread, teriyaki chicken and two different cheeses. They were toasted and when I asked which one was the pepper jack he really didn't know and was guessing. I told him he wasn't doing very well at making sandwiches and he went off...like literally yelling. Seriously, it's not a stretch to expect your sandwhich to be made to spec. That's Subways entire gig. I walked out and drove to the one near Kroger. They got it right first try and with a smile. I'll drive the extra distance from now on.
