I left a comment in Dec about their gas pumps not stopping automatically. It was to WARN others of this issue. The pump was so slow I thought that it surely would have stopped but I was so wrong and my check engine light has been on since that day! Just don't come to this location. If I could, I'd get 711 to fix my car.

Yesterday at around 12:40 pm I stopped for gas. There was a young black man in front of me purchasing water and candy. His card did not work but he kept insisting it should. The cashier was so abusive to him I could not believe I was witnessing anyone being so rude. The card finally worked. I’m not sure how the young man maintained his composure. No one deserves to be treated this way

I went here to buy something and when I got to the register, I stood there for several minutes while the cashier was standing there counting money. He could have stopped for a second to ring me up so I could hurry up and go. I went another time and I stood at the register again for several minutes while the cashier was messing with food. That was the last straw. They're never getting my business again.

Your employees do NOT know the new state laws regarding tobacco You need to fix your system or train them better. I was not rude or even yelling and they threatened to call the police on me. They're uneducated with terrible customer service skills. Do better

I like that the coffee is in pots and isn't in the big dispensers, but the coffee area could be cleaned more frequently. They have a nice selection of snacks. I also looked that I can run in for small items without the big line at the grocery store.

I work for the City of Dallas Public Works usually we buy snacks and use public restroom. But now I am going to take my business to race track or Quick trip course y'all have the restroom out of order and that's a lie.

I don't know about y'all but customer service is a big deal to me. Talking on your cell phone while taking care of customers is very rude. Then automatically assume I'm paying with food stamps for my items is very disrespectful. I'm offended. Glad I don't stop here as much as I use to.
