I'm tired of wasting money on coffee here that ends up tasting like Chai tea! How hard is it to setup the machine? Every cup in the last week. And NO I'm not pushing the Chai button! The employees are useless and money just going down the drain. Oh and nice availability of hot food at 10:30 on a saturday....a.k.a NONE

I went in this morning and these guys that work inside there are very unprofessional I'm not sure who own/run this place but just because you are located in an area where homeless people around doesn't mean you have to treat every customer that comes in there very rude. This place will not get my business anymore. My concern is the morning I went there I allowed my boys to go in to purchase their items and to find they actually was inpatient with us and we actually got over charge with 2 bags of Takis and donut and 2 small crackers was 19.58 then i had to go get my other card from the car the guy behind the register was looking as if I was getting on his nerves and walk away so the other guy check me out but these guys are very unprofessional.

I was accosted by a constable over a 79 cent big bite, I told him do you know what I do w/ 79 cent? A week or two later I approach the door at 11:59pm & they locked the door, another constable accosted me. After leaving a one star rating, I was asked not to come back. I don't like arguing about spending my money anyway.

Today is Nov. 11 2017. 1:55pm. I just walked out this location and wanted a donut. They had no small plastic bags (none bothered to look) and she offered me a large grocery bag to place the donut in :/ So I'm going to hand a donut to my coworker like that....no. Carrollton area 7 11 is much more cleaner,professional,but the workers there are black and white Americans. Maybe it's based on country orgin on how good the services are. I had other problems at this location which resulted in me calling the cops on an employee.

I visit this store several times a week and when the neighborhood lost power for the day this store didn't throw away their dairy that went bad. The power outage was two weeks ago and it's still on the shelf! The ice cream is glued down from melting, leaking, and refreezing. They're going to get someone seriously sick! When you try and explain this they suddenly can't speak English and just say "uh huh".

The two Nigerians/Liberians, (they claimed both), at the counter were making fun of a Latino man who paid for gas, I guess because of my skin color they didn’t think I could understand English and what they were saying. The older one then proceeded to pretend I didn’t give him the right amount of money for the items I bought. Asking twice what amount I gave him. Is this what 7/11 has become? Africans making fun of other nationalities based on their skin color? This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this happen nor do I accept it to be the last. Maybe 7/11 needs to train their new employees/franchise owners on guest relations.

They tried to over charge me on a drink. They had the cups in the wrong spot, which said 99 cents. I get to the register and they said $1.69. I told her you have it marked for 99 cents. She told me it's in the wrong spot they put them there (in the wrong spot). And that I had to pay full price or change cups. I told her no you have it marked for that. So I'm only paying 99 cents. She told me no so I left and went down the street to Quick Trip.
