I placed an online order and the clerk would not open the door for me to get my order even though it said it was ready for pickup on the app and was already paid for. I did not get my order and I was still charged. Several costumers tried to enter but employe was rude and vulgar. How can an employee close the store at will when it is 24 hours. How can an order show ready for pick up that has already been paid for be cancelled by an employee to lazy to do there job.

Store never has enough help and some workers are not able to add money to 7-11 debit cards. If you don’t trust your help, then don’t hire them!!!!

I was at this 7 eleven at 6.16pm i buy stuff the Lady she was very Very rude she look like high listing to music I ask for bag for my stuff she put bag front me she don’t put stuff in bag and she say next and I say u ok she Laughing I never go this location 5601 Lemmon Ave

The cashier (a lady) close the restroom earlier. I asked her if someone was at the restroom and she said yes, so I wait for 20 min. Then I asked her again and nobody was there.

If you happen to work late night and get off and need gas or whatever, do not expect this store to be open. People are inside but the doors are locked last night at 1:30 tonight at 12:30. I worked overnight shift at 7/11 in Irving and I never locked my door doing inventory by myself . They can't do it with two ladies.

Open 24 hours? When and how? Any time past 12am if you don't catch them walking across the store you won't be able to get in. Because they close and lock the doors and go in the back. I've sat there for 35 min saw 5 different customers come and just leave and haven't seen anyone even try to come up front... I live a block away and now have to drive a few miles just to get what I need.

The best 7-Eleven in Dallas this one is always beautiful inside restrooms clean the stations have all the clean water and all the wiper blades in place and all the paper towels got gas here today the best one in Dallas" I got $15 in gas and the unleaded regular gas was 2.91 a gallon the best price for gas not bad.The staff are always very friendly and courteous ✝️✝️✝️😊🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
