Arby's

In spite of the location, I have 5 stars due to the following. Angelica customer service was A1! She greeted us upon arrival with but only as friendly smile, but a warm hello! I had to go to the ladies' room, and bc of the location, it was locked. They unlocked it without hesitancy. We placed our order, sat down and ate. It was a nice atmosphere, the tables and floors were clean. I must admit, upon entering the building, I braced myself for workers with a bad attitude and laziness. We received neither! Angelica, you and your team deserve an Atta Boy & Atta Girl! Thank you for being so polite. Have a great day!

Had some of the best, freshest roast beef sandwiches here today. Although I had to use the drive thru, the wait to eat when I got home was worth it. The taste was amazing. Not sure what they did today, but this was the best yet. Keep doing what you are doing!! Hopefully that dining room will be open soon! Great job!

The service was above expectations! even though I had to make a correction at the window because I ordered incorrectly and had a last-second add-on. No worries because they let me know that is perfectly okay and that it was no problem. everything was handled so smoothly so swiftly and friendly tolerant patient and correct. much appreciated!! and all of this while very very busy and quite a line of cars behind me. I will always remember this Arby's. much appreciated! thank you to Gina! who served me at the window she is doing an amazing job!!!
