The tall guy who obviously owns this franchise is a corporate monster. I watched him chase people around the store and getting into their personal space about wearing a mask. His location serves the massive construction lunch rush and he really needs to learn better people skills for running a 7-11. He looks like an oversized Gus Fring from Breaking Bad and acts worse. Do NOT use the gas pumps as parking to run inside and shop, he will come out and demand that you move. Parking is scarce.

The employees working at 2:50 pm on August the 5th absolutely need to be fired. My friend ran her card for a pack of cigarettes, and the machine said the transaction had been approved. They proceeded to scan a second pack and tell us it had not been paid and hold us there until we gave back the pack while they offered no refund on her money all while accusing us of theft in front of a line of people. The employees are incompetent theives who have no business working in the public with customers.

The new employee is an absolute jerk. I came in for cigarettes, like I do everyday, and he looked me straight in the face and accused me of buying cigarettes for underage kids. I’m 25 years old and my husband is 27. I understand he legally needs to see IDs, which I promptly gave him, but I could have done without the accusations. Meanwhile, as I’m typing this, I’m watching two people steal items from the store while the clerk is drilling another person about their IDs and “buying for minors”. Will be going to the other 7-11 on Montfort from now on.
