Smashburger

Has gluten free buns, a separate fryer for fries only to avoid cross contamination, and the staff treat food allergies very seriously. A very good burger just like smashburgers outside airports. Such a contrast to the BBQ place right next to it that seriously did not understand the concept of gluten free, gluten ingredients, or food allergies in general.

The food was very good. The service decent at the counter. There wasn't anyone cleaning up the dining area and it was very dirty. Had a sort of negative experience because the manager or assistant manager brought an employee out into the dining area and reprimanded him in earsot of half a dozen customers. It wasn't terrible but it was uncomfortable and should have been done privately.

Love this place. The only location I have ever seen is at DFW airport. I love the airport, so the airport suits me. If looking for a burger, this is the place to try. The burgers are tasty and hot. The fries are generous and hot. Taking your order is quick, but they make each order fresh, so it takes a little longer to get it. It is worth the wait.

We made a short stop at Denver International Airport during our trip to California. Before boarding the flight for California, we were looking to have a quick bite. We saw smash burger near our gate and decided to get in line for Smash Burger. Once we got our chance, we decided to order Classic Bean Sandwich and Tots. We had to wait 10-15 minutes before getting our order. We really enjoyed the Classic Bean Sandwich and tots. The black bean patty in the sandwich was particularly tasty and made for a great pre-flight meal. Highly recommended.
