This 7-eleven is run by a team of people who are clearly trying to do their best, but are constantly hounded by shoplifters, bums, and all kinds of crooked people that for some odd reason plague only the lot that the store sits on. When you are nice and smile, the staff will do the same, but you can see that they are on edge from constant arguments with junkies asking to use the bathroom, and shady people that come in to cause trouble. I don't blame the owner/manager and staff for being reserved; I can't imagine how many times a day they have to deal with nasty people (including drunk people from nearby stadiums on weekend games, who leave 1 star reviews bc they screamed at the staff for not letting them use the bathroom lol.) Also, can't blame the store or their staff for a political activist Dallas district attorney who is soft on crime, which allows the panhandlers and bums to bug customers outside. The staff is constantly shooing them out of the store, which sadly is the job of the under-staffed Dallas Police. I go there to get my drinks or gas, and get out. This is a 7-11, not a lounge.

I've never had a bad experience at this location! The staff is wonderful especially the manager! Boss Lady is the BEST Manager out of ALL the 7-11's I have been to.

Wider variety of hot fresh food, with a variety of great deals, and finally a new fountain machine! Other than the people outside begging for change (which gets annoying )The experience was pretty good and great the staff was pretty friendly.
