Whataburger

I try to limit how often I eat here due to the fact that it is not the healthiest choice for me. It always tastes good, though, and that is the main reason I always come back. Burgers are freshly cooked upon order. They use American cheese instead of cheddar, which would be better for you and would taste better imo. The only service complaint is that they seem to prioritize drive through over walk in orders. That's not right to let me be first to order and still watch several drive through orders after me get expedited ahead of me. The dining room looked ok on my last visit, but the floor around the ice/drink machine was slippery.

Update took the opportunity to come back to Whataburger and give them another so glad that we got Elizabeth in the Drive-Thru she did a wonderful job and she's super professional customer service was great and the food was amazing. Waited in line for drive thru for 20 min after order taken and still got a recooked order of fries. Definitely not coming here again. Service is a joke.

What a wonderful experience. I had gotten to where I hate Whataburger because I live close to the one in Seagoville and it is the most horrid place ever. My granddaughter wanted to go here today so I gave in and went to Whataburger. I'm so glad I did. The food was delicious and the service was way above board. You got a good thing going on at this particular store. Please pass on to your employees that they did a great job and they made a believer out of this gal. Thank you!

Yesterday, I had one of my employees tell me about their great experience with a lady working the drive thru. I experienced that same great service from her today. Melinda was truly a breath of fresh air to my morning commute. I may have had to wait a bit for my food, but Melinda’s charisma made the whole experience worth it!
