Nova Restaurant

Went to Nova for a late night bite and this place did not disappoint. Started off with a Nova 75, which was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and bubbly. Dinner consisted of seared duck and the cold smoked salmon salad. Those two items were 10/10! The food came to the table super fast and was absolutely delicious. Topped it all off with crème brûlée. Ordered the garlic hummus to go and glad I did because it was amazing. This place is a hidden gem and will definitely revisit when in the area.

I've lived in the DFW area for 15 years and never knew about this awesome little gem in the Bishop Arts district 🤩 I was feeling pretty bummed about the pain from my dental surgery I had last week still proceeding into this week and needed to get out of the house. I told hubby "let's just drive somewhere and get lost". He's a part time Uber driver and knows his way around DFW very well, so, getting lost wasn't going to be an option 😆 Anyway, we ended up in the Bishop Arts area and it was lined with cute little shops & restaurants. My spirits lifted immediately 😃 I can't believe I had never been to this area before! How fun! 🤩 Eventually we got hungry and stopped here at Nova 💫 This place is awesome!!! From the food, to the service, to that amazing looking chandelier located in the pictures. It's the little things that make me excited ☺ The atmosphere was really chill. Lots to choose from whether you only want a little bit to eat or a lot 😋 Nova also serves dessert, but you have to ask your server what they have as it's not on the menu. You are served a refreshing glass of water w/ a cucumber slice, but there are other options to choose from in the drink category 😉 Some of the pictures may have come out a little dark and I apologize for that 🙏🏻 Please do yourselves a favor and be sure to drop in here. Wow! First time here and it was great! Food, service, atmosphere, drinks were excellent! I had the Cold Smoked Salmon Salad which was loaded with delicious smoked salmon and veggies and enough for 2. My Spouse and friends had Angus Brisket Burger, Four meat pizza, Grilled chicken & Peanut Chopped, and a Watermelon slice topped with herbs and cheese. Perfect spot on a Tuesday night. And they are open til 2 AM. We will definitely be back.

We came here for a birthday celebration and the service was amazing! Food was well seasoned & served timely. Shaundra provided exceptional French-dining service… I was very impressed. I didn’t get a picture of the chicken chopped salad, which had a delicious sesame dressing nor did I get a pic of the hummus plate with the cucumber-tomato salad, but it was all exceptional. A friend loved the country fried pork loin & said it was perfectly cooked. Great portion for the price. The miso glazed salmon was also delicious. It was a special for the night, but it’s definitely worth trying it if it returns to the menu. My husband got the vegetable enchiladas, which had a great spice & seasoning to them. Not bland at all! Finally, I got the mussels in the white wine sauce. Nicely done. Check out the pics!
