Subway

If you're in a Keto diet, they have the "Hero" bread which is keto friendly and tastes very good. So if you've been craving a subway sandwich, now you can have it. This store in particular was clean and the employees were friendly. It wasn't super busy... about 7 total customers while we were there... they were cleaning the dining room in between customers. We will definitely be back.

This all took place around 5pm April 11th 2022. We called ahead to order 8 sandwiches and were told that we could not order ahead by phone it must be done online or in store. I was in a sketchy cell service area and couldn't connect to the internet. So my only other choice was to order in the store. When we got there we told the young man that we need 8 sandwiches, 2 of them on a separate ticket. He literally right in front of us not even trying to hide it rolled his eyes and let out a huge sigh of annoyance. This continued throughout the entire order. He had no customer service. His face was blank or pouting around like we ruined everything. He truly made us feel like a burden. The lady at the end of the line was very nice. This young man tho completely ruined the experience for us. While we were ordering the line built up all the way to the door. Several people decided to leave instead of wait. So because we were unable to order ahead with a bigger order it made this store lose money. Maybe a policy change is needed?

Subway seems to have changed their menu a decent bit. I tried the Cali fresh, and was happy with the results. Although a foot long with chips and a drink is about 16 dollars which is certainly not a "every day" type of meal. The servers were nice and arguably made one of the best subs I've ever had in concerns to structural integrity. Over all one of the better experiences I've had at a subway in a long time.

Usually a great subway. This time I had a mobile order. I arrived 5 minutes after the time it was to be ready but it wasn't. They said it would be ready in just a minute. They served two people in line that was already there then handed out a mobile order to another person that walked in then served my wife who got in line for 2 subs for my daughters. Then served another person that came in after her then put my 2 subs together and served me. After I arrived at home and opened the subs they look throw together. Come on subway, you can do better that this.

EVERY TIME I order from this subway they always get my order wrong! They don’t do a bad job making the sandwiches; they’re actually quite stuffed and taste good, but how hard is it to read from the app? It must be difficult because when I ask for Italian bread I get the Italian herbs and cheese, I ask for guacamole and pay extra and don’t get it, I ask for plain flat bread, I get wheat. It’s very frustrating! They always mess up at least one sandwich and of course it has to be the picky eater’s ones. I just wish for once they’d get it right or at least call me if they have to make changes and ask what I’d want instead of assuming. I have yet to call and follow up because when I usually get my sandwiches I am just so hungry after a long day of work but I have to tell them how dissatisfied I am so they know, unless they do know and just don’t really care. 🤷🏻‍♀️
