I loved eating at this location. Our server was great & the food was very good. The place was packed but out food was served promptly. The only negative I can say about this location is the Hostess had a sourpuss attitude. She was clearly not a happy employee & since she is the first person customers encounter, it does not bode well. But the Server made up for her. And the short order cooks do not receive the recognition they deserve since they literally unnoticed by the customers. But I wanted to include my appreciation of them on this review. The dining area and restrooms were clean and sanitized.

The food is OK, but the customer service & overall ambience could be so much better. The staff all looked down & out...maybe they were overworked because of staff shortage, but you don't get that warm & welcoming feeling. The section where we got seated looked messy & there was this annoying door alarm that kept on beeping quite loudly every 10-15 seconds. I did ask if the alarm could be disabled, to which the response was "oh, everyone asks about that". So they just knowingly let an annoying beeping sound continue in the background & don't bother to fix it? If I happen do get a craving for IHOP pancakes next time, I think I will just do takeout as the dine-in experience was not an enjoyable one.

The worse IHOP I’ve ever been. Every time I come here is the same. Only three tables seated and a long line waiting hours. They accept online orders but they are delayed on that too, there are people here coming for pick up orders waiting for one hour. Empty tables everywhere with more than 40-50 peoples waiting

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. There were 3 people in the entire place. We were passed by 2 employees as we were waiting to be seated. 2 employees were at the “checkout” counter. We stood there 10 minutes. 1 woman finished at the counter, walked away, looked directly at us standing there waiting to be seated. Rolled her eyes and walked to the kitchen area. That was enough for us. No wonder there was no one there. Should’ve known better on a Saturday at 2:30 in the afternoon If there’s no business, then there’s a reason why. Don’t hop, RUN away from this place. No customer service whatsoever. We went down the street to House of Pies. I suggest you do the same. Don’t bother stopping.

The best thing was the cold water. My server Yuri was very kind. It was the food that was horrible. I ordered an omelet. The hash brown inside the omelet was COMPLETELY BURNED. I heard another customer require their hash brown be burned. They actually requested that but left before food came. I guess the cook decided to put it in my food. UNACCEPTABLE!! It also had no type of flavor.

All The Servers Were Huddled Up At The Front Entry - Appeared To Be Rolling Silverware And Socializing - Something That Would Have Been Better Located In The Rear Seating Room Where They Could Still See Guest As They Entered The Restaurant ... Only One Greater And Maybe One Server Is All That Should Be At The Entry! 🤦🏽‍♀️ Server Appeared To Be Young High School Student Age And Not Well Trained On Customer Service Or Serving Etiquette And Was Either Not Familiar With The Menu Or Just Didn't Care To Offer Assistance When Asked About The Variations Of Breakfast Options ... Just Asked In A Dull Tone If We Needed More Time 🤦🏽‍♀️ There Is Glue Residue On The End Of All The Tables From What Appears To Have Been A Circular Sticker Of Some Kind At Some Point That Had Been Removed That Clearly Could Be Removed With Some High Percent Rubbing Alcohol Or A 4oz Bottle Of Goo Gone Glue & Tape Remover For $4 Bucks At Walmart 🤦🏽‍♀️
