Sonic Drive-in

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude staff, doesn't listen to order and got it wrong, must have shut app ordering down early as the app said I could order but they made us go through drive through which means we didn't get any of the app discounts. Also tried to not provide a receipt as proof of their errors. Tots tasted terrible, not sure if its the kind of oil or old oil, barely put any cheese on cheese tots. Blast barely had any peanut butter in it and was 3/4 plain ice cream because I guess mixing is too much effort. Sonic Executives, your restaurants suck!

This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a sonic. More than half of the stalls were down. I waited 8 minutes in the drive thru and the employee said my online order was there but when i pulled up, they said my order was not in the system. They said my online order got sent to the wrong location(20 minutes away), and even though i had a receipt. The manager and employee still wouldn't accept my receipt for my online order. When I asked how to cancel the order they had no idea how to do it. This is a very poorly ran location.

Terrible shakes - I ordered the brownie batter shake which started off good but the bottom half was unmixed vanilla ice cream with about 2 tbsp of peanut butter and about two of the cake batter randomly slopped down the insides. So gross. My husbands was unmixed plain vanilla ice cream with almost no mix-ins…just what was dumped on top and no where near the consistency of a shake. Both went in the trash. What a waste of time and money.

I get off work late and the recent hot nights have me wanting for a cold drink. Been trying to get a slush for a few days now only to be told they’re closed between 10:30-11pm every time I try, despite their posted hours being til midnight. Once they legit quit taking my order halfway through… that’s when I had to leave this review. Don’t go here! I swear both locations on 290 (Fry and down the road on Becker) are the worst sonics I’ve ever been to.

Just bought a strawberry cheesecake master shake, the lady in the drive thru could not hear me and it was raining so I skipped right thru the window to go to the front and they were giving me attitude, everyone in there! Then after I bought my shake they brought it from the back of the store they did not prepare it infront of me and they were all laughing I'm pretty sure they probably spit in my shake or something. Rude rude service, No wonder it has a 3 star rating.

Did not order anything here. Half the stalls to order were broken. Then after finding one that worked I sat for fifteen minutes after pushing the little red button. Never once did the staff say welcome it will be a minute. Nope just a message on the screen saying that they will be right with me. After fifteen minutes of wasting time I left.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches with cheese but sandwiches came without the cheese. Fish tasted burned and lettuce was bitter. Most of the stall screens weren’t working. Card reader on our stall didn’t work. We left before we took a bite of the sandwich. Only ate half. Sandwich was awful. Never going back there.
