Taco Bell

In these supply chain issues day, it is not uncommon to find a restaurant out of certain items. It is an annoyance for sure, but good customer service goes a long way to make it less of a problem. Kudos to Kat, who was courteous and helpful. She offered an alternative that was not quite as good, but satisfactory. I did appreciate the kinds words and fast service.

I work early mornings nearby and sometimes place a mobile order for breakfast, they’re very nice and have always gotten my order correct. On the few times that they were out of an item I had ordered, they offered a good alternative that never disappointed. All the staff are friendly, especially the woman who wears the hijab at the drive thru (I keep forgetting to get her name but I appreciate her!)

A literal coin flip. One day it’s great and the next week it’s beyond awful. No managers ever have a coherent answer, well over half the staff are women that hardly speak English which I can manage as I speak Spanish but good luck finding people in Cypress that open minded. I’ve been given the wrong order more times than I can count on both hands, and it’s ONLINE. How? Make it make sense; I’m the idiot for giving them this many tries but it’s closest to home when I need something quick and relatively painless. But this place is a mess with organizational skills it seems.

Good central location for Cypress. They stay pretty busy so usually there are lines at the drive thru. We ordered Drive thru service. They took our order accurately with no issues or problems understanding thru the speaker. The line went fairly quickly and our order (that included a custom item) was prepared and ready quite expediently. Staff was polite and order was accurate.

I came in at 1am(my lunch break) and there were 8 cars in the line with each car taking an average of 5 minutes, thats 40 minutes that I was stuck in that line. On top of the wait they forgot my drink and even if I wanted to wait and get it they didn't give me a receipt. If there were more options for food at this time I would not be going back

Used to be okay. I think it changed management. CHECK YOUR BAGS before you leave, they DON'T! I have a large family. 18 items. we got home and there are only eight items in. Absolutely gave us three bags with for nachos 1 bowl and cinnamon twists. We didn't get our block, or chips and cheese, or the two tacos and steak quesadilla. When they found out that they actually had made a mistake and nobody did those things, I had to go all the way back and pick up. There's no apology and neither manager tried to rectify the situation. Do not go here unless you want your food in separate batches and for the managers to be jerks. This is not the first time I've had to go all the way back to their stupid restaurant to get the rest of my food because they do not do quality check or quantity check or even check the food against the receipt before they give it to you. Terrible service. You're better off going farther up the highway to the other Taco Bell and getting you order right the first time.
