Wow one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to. I absolutely will not ever go back this location. No wonder they are going out of business. Crumbles my pepper jack chesse and barley added lettuce at all. Worst subway experience don’t go to this de anza store save you money and go else where.

Never seen worse service in my life! The server refused to give me the order I wanted when she was the one who made a mistake. When I asked nicely for her to fix the order, she not only refused and spoke unkindly about me (in front of me) to her coworker, but yelled at me for asking for the switch. I would not recommend going to this Subway. There is another one about 5 minutes away, it's worth the extra mile.

One of the best Subways I've had. The lady is extremely polite as well as patient and so is the Manager. Since I've been a regular customer, they know exactly my usual and prepare the way I like it. One of the very few Subways with Mozzarella cheese available! They also explained that the cheese was for Pizzas available there too!

This Subway location charged sales tax for my regular unheated take out sandwich that should not have any sales tax included unless it is for dine in consumption or is for a heated sandwich. Both counter ladies claimed cash register is programed by the owner to charge sales tax on all purchases, regardless if your purchase is only for a take out unheated sandwiches. This is something the California Franchise Tax Board should become aware of as it not legal to add tax for take out non-taxable food products.
