Burger King

Taco: TB vs Burger King. The pictures tell the story! They looked and tasted like they were made last week! Side by side, Taco Bell blows away BK. I REALLY wanted to like it! It reminded me of an old version of Jack in the Box tacos but the tortilla was WAY stale or overcooked. In the pics, BK on the left, TB on the right. $3 for the tacos purchased at BK vs $3.87 at TB.

Ok tasting food. Good value with coupons or the app. This store is pretty new & extra clean (unlike most BK's in the area). Considering it's new, I'm surprised they don't have a Coca-Cola Freestyle drink dispenser. Great experience today (except for the posted photo which was easily remedied by scraping with a knife). I ordered "no ketchup" which, for a regular (as opposed to Whopper or other fancy burger) burger, means "only pickles & mustard" at BK. I like the taste (stronger coffee taste than most places) of their pre-mixed iced coffee & frappes.

The pic shown is my visit last week, a half slice of bacon per sandwich. I returned today bcz I come this way Tuesday mornings. Both visits they had me pull to the front to bring my order. Today was my last straw, food cold, croissants bottom hard but not even toasted or whatever, no receipt, not by hand, nor on the bag. Hash browns were cold as well. So what was the wait for? So they can achieve an award for the fastest time? Listen, I like Burger king, this location is fairly new, no excuses they should be up to par! I wouldn't be able to conduct the survey if I wanted to. No receipt. Nobody wants to turn around and go through a hassle or waste money? Nobody!!!

Awful service. I wasn’t given a straw, a napkin, or my receipt, but worse than that - the employee handed the incomplete bag to me without turning around and without saying thank you. She literally held the bag behind her back as she chit-chatted with the other employees who were standing there. This Burger King is always empty. I now understand why.

As nice as these folks are at this location the food has been a disappointment every time. I have tried them three different times the first time the food order was wrong but we didn't know until we got home. The second two times food quality was very poor my fish sandwich was so completely burnt taste it like a hockey puck. I don't understand I used to love Burger King but I can't eat there now.

The restaurant was empty but staff were lost interested in serving. I was standing for about 5 mins but staff ignored me and continued chit-chatting amongst themselves. Finally one lady can with disappointing face and took order. Suddenly a known customer/ friend walked in and his order was given preference over mine. Next order with 2 burgers , 2 big drinks and 2 kid meals were done but I had to reminded my burger. We were the only 2 customers standing and it was disappointing to see that there was less diversity in staff and such disrespect displayed towards certain customers only. I am surprised and disappointed to experience such extreme unprofessional behavior in such a big national chain.
