Terrible service at this location. What's the sense of having an online ordering feature when you ordered and paid in advance just to get there and being told the food is not ready. They didn't have CHICKEN I mean really? They didn't have mozzarella cheese that they advertised for the new sandwich Cali Fresh? Why even run the business if you don't have the items? Then the staff was very rude. They made us feel not welcomed at all. The male server there even yelled at the girl in front of me who wanted a veggie patty on her sandwich for not telling him earlier. Wow really? Never coming here again. Our sandwich when got home was missing the guac that we paid for.

Went in and said hello and got no response. There was no Veggie patty, so we got the Veggie delight. Then after toasting the bread with cheese, realized only available veggies were spinach, Olives and peppers. My son does not eat peppers. He got a beard with cheese spinach and olives. The guy never told us anything. I understand that the workers may be tired, but please don't take it out on customers. What did we do?
