Dunkin'

I work at a local retail store and decided to order lunch at the Crystal River DD. Placed order, 2- bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Got back to work and only had one in the bag. I called and spoke to the Asst Mgr who said she would put me on the white board for the next time I came in, I wasn't sure I could make it back today. I was able to break free and went through the drive thru. I explained what happened and stated my order again. After getting my order I drove back to work only to find out it was incorrect. I got a bacon and egg on a plain bagel instead on a bacon egg and cheese on an everything. Disappointed again I didn't have the patience or the time to call or go back again. I sucked it up and are it. Not sure I'll go back there again.

The staff is very fast to get you in and out as it is a very busy location. We ordered online, I almost forgot to get the powerade from the fridge, I assumed the staff would put it with our order. Dine in is effortless, again because the staff is so prompt, seating is limited due to the young kids in the neighborhood and parking can be limited as well.
