Arby's

Went through the drive thru and ordered their roast beef extra beef. The person taking the order had a difficult time getting the order correct. When I paid, and she's got a receipt, I was told the printer want working. When pressed, turns out it needed receipt paper. Finally get my order and head to house. I unwrapped one sandwich (I ordered two so I could have one for later), and the meat looked absolutely disgusting. It wasn't the usual freshly sliced, hot and juicy today beef. The meat looked old like it had been sliced hours ago and was almost as dry as beef jerky. Checked the second sandwich, and it was the same way. I've been avoiding going due to Arby's removing potato cakes from the menu, but I was really craving their first beef sandwiches. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Absolutely amazing fresh food. I had the Reuben which was one of the most flavorful and mouthwatering I have ever had. The caramel shake was delicious. They have wonderful staff unlike some of their fast food competitors. Very friendly, courteous, and respectful. I highly recommend this Arby's location for others to visit.

My food was good, though the wait was long. Two other customers came in after us, received their food, ate and was gone before we received our food. We ordered roast beef and turkey sandwiches, nothing difficult. I wanted curly fries and they were out. The first five spots we were going to set down at were dirty. Now is not the time to not wipe and sanitize tables.

Evening shift has ZERO organization. They need management or a shift leader after 4pm slow 🐌 is an understatement. General manager is great, he needs to be informed. Two nights in a row I have experienced the same thing. Food once I finally got it was good, not necessarily worth the wait I had. New burgers 🍔 great.

Usually decent food, seems like something changed in the last month, curly fries were burnt ends with crinkle fries mixed in, my classic roast beef was cold yesterday (04/07/22), wife's order of sliced turkey slider was a fried chicken slider, and no damn napkins on a to go order. This has happened twice in the last month, just poor attention to detail. Won't be back for a while.
