Wendy's

Stopped and went in to order food. I noticed while I was waiting in line the cashier is handling money from all different people then he is putting your order together and handling your food with no gloves or washing his hands. Who knows what he has come in contact with then handling your food. I then ask the manager about it he said the front line does not have to wash there hands or wear gloves. It's amazing how many germs or Covid 19 can be speard this very way. Maybe the health dept. would like to be informed about this.

Stopped in for 3 JBC's as we frequently do, they were undercooked. 2 of them too raw to safely eat, so we got them replaced. the replacements were also too raw to safely eat, took them to the manager (Ann) , and got 2 more, also too raw to eat. I went back up, and asked to see the manager (Ann), waited 10 minutes, and had to leave for work. Called the manager who insisted she pierced the burgers and they were cooked correctly. Dismissing my claim they were raw. Essentially calling me a liar. I have years of experience on the Wendy's grill from my youth.. I know the color of a properly cooked burger. I post this to warn others, if you have a sensitivity to under cooked ground beef, eat elsewhere, Wendy's will poison you. Ironically we had a bad experience at another Wendy's yesterday, and Crystal River failed to redeem the Brand. We will be avoiding Wendy's for 6 months while corporate re-educated them on the proper way to prepare a JBC, and the proper way to address a wronged customer.

Stopped in for lunch order Ordered a Dave’s single small and a regular Dave’s hamburger with catchup only and another Dave’s regular hamburger came to $17 I had a triple and double check my bill I could not believe that way over priced you can spend your money elsewhere and get a better deal for some Hamburgers

Awful this kid had an open drink he filled with ice and soda over the ice bin and took a sip of it in front of us and looked tight at us and started filling the drinks for the order behind us complained to the mgr and he did not say sorry we'll retrain or speak to him etc he handed me the bag when I said thats it really? He said if he had scooped the ice with his hands he'd have an issue with it! How about covid and his container over the ice bin what the heck im not going back. He handled money then food and consumed it without washing his hands !
