Chilango

Usually on point, with yummy healthy options and fresh tasty veggies - we unfortunately got all three of our burrito orders mixed up (missing or incorrect ingredients) when we ordered via Deliveroo yesterday. It wouldn't stop me ordering in store, and luckily we were able to make do with what we got. Their protein boxes are quite basic to look at, but so filling and very nutritious too.

Maybe I'm a weirdo for giving this review but I feel I really have to: this place has honestly the loveliest staff of any fast food place I've ever been. They manage to remain chilled out under pressure, they speed my order through if they can tell I'm worried about missing my train, they're patient when I don't catch what they said first time, they have even given me random perks/upgrades occasionally when they can tell I'm hyper tired/stressed/asking for a really small portion of something at the end of the day. Thought this was just one chance occasion, but it's been multiple times now that someone has gone out of their way to make my evening better when I'm passing through after a long day at work. Whoever is hiring is obviously good at spotting lovely customer service people! Oh and the food is great, easily a rival for tortilla and a thousand times better than taco bell :)

Brilliant service. On the one hand, I don’t want to give five stars to Chilango because although their food is pretty good, it’s not five stars. On the other hand, the staff at this particular location are excellent. They’re always fast and friendly and so it’s no surprise to see that this place has such a high rating on Google reviews. If you’re in the area and need some tasty fast food, go here!

Service here is always amazing, , food is piping hot and are the staff! (Wink wink) Staff are very accommodating and always advise you if you are about to miss out on a deal. Given their fast paced role it surprises me that they are able to be so smiley and happy all the time but they manage it. I have seen people come in and be rude to them and they handle it so well, I honestly have no faults with the quality of service/food at this establishment. Thank so much for making my life burritolicious and for not moaning at me when I order my medium salsa, for cream and cheese only chicken burrito !! Special shout out to the very beautiful smiley lady, the handsome tanned man, the lovely manager lady and the lady who celebrated pride with me this year :)
