lovely restaurant, friendly helpfull staff, my eyes was bigger then my belly couldnt eat the burger it was massive . the restaurant lives up to the name big eat lol worth the money and food quality was good. would be going back again.

Pleasant experience, great music and lots of room, very comfortable. It was great especially with kids, there’s a good menu for them. Friendly Staff. Food was good, good portions and just like in the US, free refills on your drinks. The music selection made it even more pleasant.

Nice food, generous portions - we had chicken wings shared to start then a full rack of ribs and a half chicken, we had to take away doggy bag! Good service as well.

Food is well prepared and quickly on the table every time, would definitely recommend, staff is nice and they will always give you anything you ask for extra, refillable drinks aswell, 5£ voucher every time, relaxing american atmosphere

Nice place to eat. The ribs were particularly awesome as was the alcoholic milk shake. You should be aware that they don't split the bill for card payments so take cash or one person needs to pay and everyone else pays them. We got some £5 off vouchers for next time so that was a nice touch. prices were not too bad. The main meals where about £15. All in all I enjoyed it and will be back again soon

We just finished eating, and the new manager is very accommodating. My mum and I are difficult customers and expect only the best, and when we had to return the food, we were presented with an amazing alternative. Overall, ambiance of the place is welcoming and friendly .Would definitely recommend.
