Pizza Hut

Not sure if they were just having an off day or if our server was new, but every thing we asked for, and any time we asked for refills or the check he just seemed confused like we had put him in a situation he had never been in. My son got so tired of waiting for a refill he started to go get his own from behind the counter because when he went up to try and get a refill he could not find anyone working. Told him to get back to the table and wait because I didn't want the workers to come back and kick us out for being behind the counter. Once the food got to us it was good though. Never a problem with the quality of the food here.

Pizza hut is starting to be a joke. Everytime I order from there it's rarely not messed up. Well after tonight I think I'm done giving my business. Orderee pizza got the text at 9:25 that my pizza was out for delivery, here it is 10:27 and still nothing. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. You may have gotten 25 dollars out of me this last time but I promise you this is the last time I eat from pizza hut.

Poor customer service. Placed an order on Sunday around 1:30PM. The online website did not input my address correctly. Contacted out to PizzaHut in Crowley LA. The lady informs me that the driver hasn’t left yet and she will update the address to the correct address. (This is a delivery Order). We had even called a second time around 2:30. Lady explains she will contact the driver this time. 4:00PM Called out to PizzaHut again. This time the lady says I gave the wrong address. Hahaha so you could have told me you didn’t have the correct address from the get go, and we could have solved this issue by canceling. Don’t promise to change the address when you have no ability to. Very poor customer service!

Today the manager on shift acted in appropriately by going on Facebook while she was working and bashing one of her employers on social media saying that her employer should've waited till she got off of shift so she can fight her. If this is a place where a manager is disrespectful to an employer imagine what they are like to customers and how high their workers expectations. I will never eat here again.

First, this location has turned a lifelong customer into someone who will NEVER spend another penny with this company. My delivery driver supposedly left the restaurant with my order before 8 pm, at 8:35 I contact the restaurant to find out why a 5 minute drive to my home has now taken over 35 minutes. I was informed the driver had car trouble. I understand that happens and have no issue with the delay in delivery due to that issue. What I do have problems with is the restaurant's intent to resolve the problem by having another driver pick up my order and continue the delivery. Would you eat a cold, soggy, almost hour old pizza which has been gathering and growing bacteria since its temperature dropped below the safe level? When I declined to accept the old pizza I was told "he is already on his way". What? Don't you people have this new invention called a phone?(internal thought) I then asked to speak to the manager and she hung up on me. I called back 3 additional times only to be instantly hung up on. (I guess she knows how to use the phone better than I initially thought, only, to her advantage and not the company's) When the pizza did arrive the box was wet from other once hot food sitting on top of it. The pizza was cold and when I picked up a slice, the toppings promptly slid off the limp slice back into the box. Additionally the seal on the box was broken and due to the unprofessionalism of the staff was concerned with the possibility of tampering (spitting, or other even less sanitary actions). Won't ever be ordering from this location, or any other Pizza Hut location, ever.
