The teenage girl with braces gave me a lot of attitude for no reason and gave me the wrong sauce tonight 9/16 at 11:13pm. Just by the attitude she gave me, and the way she spoke to me, it seemed like it was on purpose. Gave me a ton of mild sauce when I specifically asked for hot. I don’t trust the food and won’t even eat it. Taco bell needs to start hiring better workers. It seems like there’s always something wrong with my order here in Covington lol

I ordered a 16-piece family meal type thing and they gave me everything except the chicken. But when I drove back they went ahead and gave me a chocolate cake for the mistake and I didn't have to wait in line for another 20 minutes. The food is really good and they fix their mistake which is why they're getting a mid-grade

Came through the drive thru around 9pm tonight and got a coweslaw and mash potatoes and was given no utilities, the line was extremely long and didn’t want to wait again so I went up to the lobby which was closed all the staff seen me but didn’t want to come and see what the problem was, tried to call the store multiple times with no answer. Lucky McDonald’s was next door and gave me untiles with no problem. And I didn’t even get food from there. As a food service worker they should do better

Look at what I got for my sweet treat 2 only. Sloppy service workers looked as if they was just ready to leave. This place has definitely gone down hill. Management has to step up their game and and work on customer service if not people just not coming back only place in town to get late food if not I wouldn’t even spend my money here.

I went through the drive-through and ordered for myself and my family of four and spent almost $50 when we pulled over in the parking lot to eat our food I realized we were missing a three piece chicken tender meal so I pulled back up to the store and went in and let them know that I was missing that but that they did give me the drink so I just needed the meal. The lady at the front counter was so rude to me acted like I was stealing food. She told me that I needed to bring back the three bags of food from my car inside so she could check to make sure that I didn’t get the chicken before she would give it to me so after I told her that that was ridiculous and really bad customer service she stormed away from the front desk and told her manager I seen him tell her it wasn’t worth fighting over chicken (duh) so then she proceeded to get me the food that I had purchased and slammed it down on the counter. She said nothing else to me except glared at me and still was acting very rude as she stormed away from the counter again. That’s rude, You go through the drive-through for convenience and I’m sorry if you spend almost $50 at the drive-through I don’t think that you’re gonna waste your time going back into the store to try and steal a three piece chicken meal. I should’ve been handed the meal because I had my receipt and I should’ve gotten an apology for the inconvenience.
