No bacon and barely any cheese on baconator fries. Burger feels like it just came out the freezer. Lady at the window won't stop on her phone and to be reminded of my order 2 cause she can't look at a screen. The only thing they got correct on my order is my son's chocolate milk.

Poor excuse for a Wendy’s…even a fast food restaurant. It is clean inside, but the staff is not very friendly. They don’t smile or ask how you are doing. The food is horrible. Have crumbles for toppings and bacon on my sandwich. Even my soda drink was not good. Will not be back. Stay away from this Wendy’s.

To begin with I was so impressed with Shania, if that's how she spells her name. She was friendly and seemed happy to be taking our order. I would have given less if it wasn't for her attitude about being at work. We got to the 2nd window and that's where the experience went down hill. The guy didn't know what our order was. I had to tell him 4 times what we ordered. He proceeded to give me Dr. Pepper after asking me what we ordered. My sons large frosty was actually a small, which he questioned. I had to ask for a spoon and straw. The food we got should have been thrown out hours before we ordered it. The nuggets were old and cold and so were the fries. I was an assistant manager of Wendy's so I truly understand but the service we got was well below the Wendy's standard. Short handed is no excuse for serving below quality food, keeping staff that can't follow directions, or having bad service.

I wish I could give this Wendy’s negative stars. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave. Slow does not begin to describe it. Employees obviously don’t care about working hard. Card reader wasn’t working but signage was insufficient to let people know in a reasonable time. Sorry excuse for a business. Avoid at all costs.

In Covington for a month for work. Food was as expected for a Wendy's but the employee whose name starts with J at the register earns this place the review. I ordered "a #1 combo and a #4 just the sandwich", that's my standard order at every Wendy's. I saw on my receipt I got both as combos so I asked for that to be changed and she argued with me about if I said combo or not!
Luckily the manager intervened or I would have walked out and filled a charge back with my credit card. Then when waiting for my food, I heard "J" arguing with the next person in line too! I know it's a little thing, but if that's how they treat little things, imagine how they treat big things.
I love Wendy's but won't be back to this one.

Good service and food, even though it seems since covid started in 2020 fast food is no longer fast. It never fails I'm in line for at least 20 minutes at any of the Wendy's locations I have visited the longest time is 48 minutes in line at the covington ga location.

Great Wendy’s restaurant at this location. I used the drive through, it was just after the dinner rush. There was one car in front of me and it took no time at all to place my order drive up pay for it and pick it up at the next window. The staff was friendly, courteous and very professional they were quick to give me everything that was in my order. My food was fresh and the appropriate temperature for the items I ordered. I have no complaints. Job well done putting my order together and getting me on my way.

Every time I go for breakfast, they always say the frosty-ccino machine isn't working. Today the woman straight up told me they don't sell cold brew coffee. Not coming back.
