There are two fabulous things on the menu. One is the Half Way Light, which includes a couple of tacos with absolutely delicious grilled veggies. The veggies are firm and flavorful, a nice variety of zucchini, broccoli, carrots, and the like. The other standout is the fish tacos, which each come with a huge piece of grilled fish, shredded cabbage, cilantro, and cool spicy sauce. So good! I really don't care for the mostly Americanized menu , but I will keep going back for my two favorites. The atmosphere is a little dark and the main waitress is a little chatty.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. I had the best Steak Fajita I have ever eaten. I found out the owner purchases the beef from a special source. The only restaurant in Louisiana that that uses this source. Then they use homemade sauce to marinate the meat for days. The meat melts in your mouth and the taste is superb.

1.9.2019 Been here several times, and can't recall any bad experiences. They deliver a big bang for the buck as the fajita trio with quality steak, chicken and shrimp is under $20. The salsa and chips are also some of the best around. My wife thinks the steak needed some spicing up... she eats the fajitas without making the taco like I do... so I didnt notice. We will definitely be back. 5.26.2018 Been back a few times In-between this review and the last one. Always been satisfied. The only problem we've run into is that the Pina Coladas are frequently not available. I always get the fajitas and the meat quality always impresses me. The chicken is a little on the dry side, but it is good quality chicken breast. The steak is awesome and the shrimp are delicious! Wish they had some craft beer choices. Service has also improved. 7.14.2017 Food quality has been outstanding every time I've visited. The service could be a little more attentive... but it wasn't bad at all. I'm pretty sure the bartender forgot to put liquor in my wife's pina colada as... she had problems with the blender... but my wife said it still tasted good. We got the trio fajitas, and the shrimp, chicken and steak were all... top-notch. Beer was cold and well served with a frosted mug. Great place. Previously... My first visit here! We stopped in for lunch around 1pm. Our party of 5 was immediately sat in a nice large booth. The server was a little slow on the execution... but friendly and satisfied our every need. We all ordered from the lunch menu and the food looked and tasted great. Salsa and chips were great too. I had the fish tacos and while the cabbage was not the expected slaw... it was especially good with the remoulade type sauce included with the dish. The three included tacos were more than enough for a lunch plate. Great place and we'll be back to try them for dinner soon.
