Subway

I ordered online for the first time. Everything went smooth until we got our sandwiches home. My husband and I each ordered a sandwich and the toppings were reversed. We did not eat them and held onto them until the evening because we both had to get back to work. Tried calling for several hours and no one would answer the phone. So we go in later, the employee remade the sandwiches. We added 2 drinks and a bag of chips since we were just eating there. Paid full price for that. I understand that he remade the sandwiches, but its frustrating that there was no apology for the inconvenience or anything else. When I mentioned to him that we have been trying to call, he said that the phone is broken and they are waiting for the boss to fix it (WTF?!) I will not be eating at this location again.

To whomever was working today 12/3/21 430ish pm. Thanks for the advice on my Tuscan chicken. The addition of sweet onions and Parmesan on it made it AMAZING. I sat in the parking lot and ate the whole thing before I even put my keys in the ignition. Wish I’d gotten a 12”. Manager. Give this guy a raise. A1 customer service

This place is a joke they never get our order right. then when we say something we're in the wrong for saying something um excuse me we are the customers we are the reason you get a paycheck. The manager of the store had went so low as argue with me on numerous occasions really um no we will not be back I'm done getting treated poorly I'll take my business elsewhere. Heck walmarts food isn't always the greatest but your food is fresh and today I couldn't even eat more than 1 bite yet I'm wrong for saying something no sry not doing it anymore
