Phone in order, got exactly what I wanted, no errors, food was great, staff was friendly, store was clean. Can't get any better than that.

Stopped in at this KFC on the way through town. I have had better. The chicken tasted old and rubbery. Felt like it had been in a warming tray for awhile. I have had good experiences at this location before COVID with the buffet. But probably won't be back to it for awhile.

Tried to visit this location before a baseball game in the area around 17:00. Went inside to order after standing at the counter for 3-5 mins, a rather dirty employee (no name tag) came and said they are drive through only and walked away. There wasn’t a sign that stated so and the door was unlocked. Not sure if they were just being lazy of if this is just your policy to be rude to customers, but it needs to change.

Will never go here again when you walk up to counter no one wants to help you and everything in buffet was nasty some chicken was undercooked could see the blood .the restaurant was so dirty you can tell they don't clean it even before could sit down had to ask if they could clean a table so we could sit down .was big disappointment.

Decided to switch it up this time, usually go by McDonalds on my way back from my bi-daily Rite Aid trip, however this time I went to KFC. It was ok.
