Subway

I hate to give one star, but if you order online, you do not get what you order. Today was the 3rd time they got my order wrong on 8 days. I stopped going to the other Subway years ago, but now this one is starting to go downhill, too. If you're in cordon, I suggest you try Jimmy John's; at least they can get your order right.

This restaurant does a good job and the employees have always seemed very nice. Lots of varieties of subs and toppings with different condiments to choose from. Great fresh made bread and different varieties of it makes a sub great you can have it toasted or not. Also good variety of awesome cookies. And if you want chips and a drink its available. I have always been satisfied with this restaurant and you can depend on the food to be fresh and well made.

Im not one to give bad reviews (check out my others) but giving one star for this place is generous. There is only ever one employee. Like that's literally all they ever have on the schedule. 6:00 pm on a Saturday with one employee is bad management. The employees there do a good job with what they are given. But having to run to the fridge for three ingredients to make one sandwich is unacceptable. Unfortunately that comes from being short-handed literally all the time. I only to here if the other Subway in town doesn't have what I want. If a manager reads this, you should hire someone else to work your store. You need more people. If a customer reads this, avoid if at all possible.

Giving 5 stars out of pity for the employees who have to work there. I wish 0 stars were an option for the management. The worst thing I've ever seen in a restaurant happened a couple weeks ago on Sunday: they left a trainee by himself who didn't even know how to bake the bread. He had to politely turn me and everyone else away. Who TF runs this store?! They need to step down and give their job to someone competent. If you're looking for an excellent Subway store, I'd recommend the one on Charlestown Crossing in New Albany, across from Tumbleweed.

Asked how much the subway melt was. Guy told me it was 7 something. Then i say I'll take that with Italian herb and cheese bread. They were out. Then I say original white bread will work. He grabs what was obviously a hard peice of bread and starts cutting it and puts the turkey and ham on then starts adding roast beef. I use to work at a subway so i know it doesn't include roast beef. It's 4 peices of ham 4 peices of turkey and then bacon. I say there's no roast beef on that and he said that I told him the club. I said no I asked for the melt and the guy working constantly sais with an attitude laughing that I said the club. Eventually I said "ya know what, u keep it." This was all after waiting 15 mins in line. And he was the only person Working as well. Horrible place.
