Mcdonald's

Hit and miss. I find the best service and quality at this location in the mornings. This evening I ordered a homestyle buttermilk chicken burger... all I could do was laugh at the quality, can't believe I paid for this!! Should have just ordered a mcchicken. As I was grabbing my meal, I could hear a female employee inside loudly complaining about something, and she finished by saying "not my monkeys not my circus!" ... I grabbed my bag and left without checking my order, but I feel like I shouldn't have to double check it EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm there.

Terrible drive through service! The lady taking my order today laughed at the items requested and missed a couple after asking multiple times to add them! When I got the food on three of the sandwiches the bottom bun was folded in half and they were so poorly wrapped one fell apart in my bag! Last time I went about a week ago a different lady took my order was also very rude! Obviously the employees are untrained and barely managed!

Typical McDonald's. Drive through wasn't thought out and you often end up on the street waiting in line. Edited 11/3/18- removed star. this location removed their play place restroom. Which means you have to go back out into the main restaurant. If you're a single mom, with three kids, you have to pack up all belongings and escort all three to bathroom if even one has to go the bathroom. Which means leaving food unattended too. Previously, you could just check that bathroom was clear then stand outside door while the kid did their business while simultaneously watching food, belongings, and other two children. This change is not family friendly. They also don't keep napkins in the play place area.

WENT TO MCDONALD'S IN CORVALLIS. THERE WAS TWO LINES OF TRAFFIC AND ALMOST OUT TO THE ROAD. WE STILL GOT OUR ORDER TAKEN AND THROUGH THE BUSY DRIVE THRU IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTE AND OUR ORDER WAS RIGHT... THANKS CORVALLIS MCDONALD'S ON 9th street GREAT JOB .... SINCERELY Want fast service try this mcdonald's out
