Subway

Terrible customer services . The minute I enter into the shop one of the employees was rushing me to get my order she didn’t give me a min to decide what I wanted . Once I gave her my order I accidentally told her I wanted a ham and cheese sandwich but what I had meant was that I want a turkey and cheese once I apologized to her for giving her the wrong order she made it so weird she went into the back room cursing and screaming even one of the other employees had to shush her because she was being loud . so me and my partner just walked out of there . It’s was rude and disrespectful customer service . If it helps to know the person who helped us was a young women I believe in her 20’s with a butterfly tattoo on her arm

I like this subway store. I generally come here once a week to get vege delite or vege pette. All the workers are professional and they change the gloves in between clients. I can see the good atmosphere in the store. Definitely recommended this store over others in the area. Thanks for your service.

I was waiting to get my hair cut at Great Clips. While I was waiting my mom and I went next door to the Subway on Ontario in Corona, CA. The experience was definitely excellent! I was super impressed with this particular Subway. I've never been so impressed by any other Subways enough to want to take the time to give them a compliment. All of the employees at this particular Subway were friendly and professional. I was also impressed with how hard everyone was working. Two other very important things impressed me. The fixings for my sandwich were very fresh and the bathroom was extremely clean. THANK YOU TO THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! Tried going here on today, went in two people working. One young lady behind the counter one stocking chips. A call comes in the one making the sandwich goes to answer. Like 5 to 10 minutes later she still isn't back. The one stocking chips finally comes around to finish but keeps messing up the order. The whole time a few, like 2 or 3, flies buzzing around the sandwich and food. I left. Every time i come to this subway they always mess something up. Out of cups out of lids, toast it when you say not to. When there are several others near by i don't understand why this location seems not to care about standards. By the way even getting it to go, i was put off by the cleanliness of the dinning room, the floor was absolutly filthy, looks like it hadn't been swot all day. Never going to subway again.. Good thing Jersey Mike's is around the corner.
