Denny's

Great ambiance, very clean restaurant and the staff was great from start to finish. Our server Luis G. was friendly ,courteous . Also trini brought us our drinks but her Great customer service was exceptional and with a sincere smile 😃 this Dennys was a delightful experience 😀. The classic Dennys grandslam was great. My granddaughter really enjoyed the pancakes and ice cream.

Bad experience with our server today. This is a five star place because the service is always great but the server today was just bad. He seems to be in a bad mood all the time. When we first got seated it took a while for him to come get our order for drinks so a nice lady who is usually cleaning noticed and she offered to get our drinks going. That bad server who finally arrives comes to our table not even greeting us or anything just simply says “ you ready”. Simply unprofessional but we go ahead and order. We understand its busy and understand they have a lot of tables to cover but even then that doesn’t mean they should act unprofessional with the customers. While we are waiting a bit for food he walks by a couple times and never ask if we would like more coffee . It was actually the lady cleaning the tables who was really nice to us, the one who actually offered to bring us more coffee while we waited for food. She was more professional than the actual server. When our actual server comes back with our food he just drops it not saying a word , doesn’t ask if we need anything else. He just leaves our table and then like 15 min later comes back and LITERALLY walks by sliding the check on the edge of the table and keeps on walking. Never asks us if we would like some more coffee or anything else. Almost felt like he was trying to rush us to finish. If he is going to be serving customers with that attitude than he should just stay home. Next time i go ill make sure to ask not to be served by him, mostly all the servers are always great!! Five star place just a bad server that ruined todays experience.

In general I know that Denny's isn't all that good, but my mom wanted to go so we thought let's try it. Let's see how it is, and in conclusion, never again will I go to any Dennys. First off, there was ants along the windows and some where even on the table. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet with a steak on the side. When I got my omelet, there was some chocolate sauce on it, and the ham was sweet and not integrated into the omelet. It looked like they just picked the ham from another omelet because it had the taste of mushrooms, onions and red peppers the ham. And the steak I ordered it medium rare. It tasted like roast beef and barely any seasoning. Definitely filed a complaint because that was just the worst experience.

Very mixed bag. I arrived expecting a friend who got tied up at work. Waiter came to check and asked if I was waiting. I said no and ordered my drink. They brought my drink and never came back, adamantly waiting for that friend to show up. So service, 4 but communication 1. Food was well prepared 4. Restroom was clean. Restaurant was clean. 5 Pet peeve: tip option begins at 18%! Definitely not 18% service. 10% and 15% should be in the mix.

The best part was the friendly service, extremely friendly, no doubt about that but the quality of the food was very lacking. Most of the plates were cold, salmon severely overcooked. Hamburger buns were soggy and cold. Broccoli was almost boiled to oblivion, basically turned into mush. Rice was extremely salty, that was odd. The only thing that was very on point were the nachos, they're always delicious at every location.

We were celebrating our Eid day after Ramadan in this place when we were done my wife forgot her purse in there like 4 days ago it was Monday morning all the credit cars ID passport card and Social security card plus $3000 dollar cash in it to be honest after 4 days she find out purse is missing in house so we look here and there she said I didn't went anywhere in those 4 days because busy with guests at home so we went there thanks to them they had and save it for as again I will thanks to them and there loyalty as well everything was in there in the purse.much love and respect to them
