I ordered the new Paradise iced latte this past Saturday and it was absolutely amazing. It was beautiful and all the flavors were balanced and I immediately knew I would be in the very next day for another one. Unfortunately the next day it was just not made correctly and I could tell immediately when I picked up my order just by looking it , I just didn't have the heart to say anything. It was an honest mistake. It looked like a dark purple mess and tasted like pure syrup I went home and added my own coffee and more milk. Sharing this in hopes its made correctly the next time because it was truly amazing. Below are the photos. Will be back again though.

Really nice and chill ambiance. Clean, modern, comfortable with hip, low-lecel relaxing music. Employees very friendly and knowledgeable with helping you make your selection. I went with the iced Ginger Peach tea with a Turkey (+egg) croissant. MuchO yuM!

Very friendly staff. My husband said the coffee was very good. I bought some macaroons as a gift and the recipient said they were delicious.

Only waterbean location in Charlotte area that does not allow dogs. Poor service. No one at counter told me there was an outside area or offer any assistance or direction. First time I walked into this location. Not friendly.

Great coffee and a cool hangout spot. The volcano coffee is very good. I usually get a Volcano, macaroon, and a regular coffee to go.

Nice atmosphere and good size so people could spread out. I got a frappe which I'll admit was my mistake for getting at a nice looking coffee shop. Let's just say I've had better frappe's at McDonald's. No flavor except for the milk and cream. So hopefully their actual coffee is better, just don't get the frappe.

This place should be busier than it is. Great little set up and great coffee.

The drink I got was delish. I asked the barista for a coffee drink that is creamy and yummy. She put surprise flavors in it. I'm not sure what it was, but she nailed it. Friendly service, and a clean & inviting atmosphere.
