I sat hear listening to nothing but cuss words coming from the back and comments about how this white lady needs to learn her place when ordering. This is embarrassing people laid all up on counter not working. I know employees are hard to find now but I can’t even bring my child in this place .

This location was extremely slow. They could not make a caramel latte or frappe nor could you get orange juice. Finally got to the first window the poor girl could not make change and had to call for help. When we got the the 2nd window they tried to give us the wrong order. Incompetence.

30 minutes to get three or four customers. Someone’s dropping the ball.
EDIT: five or six cars behind me left and the parking lot is pretty empty. It’s as busy as they want it to be.

I ordered my food and provided a drive through code from the McDonald's app. They charged me full price and told me the code was invalid. So I refreshed at McDonald's app and gave them a new code. The manager got upset and started to curse. Saying horrible things about me. I tried to be nice but she got really upset with me and treated me like I was the problem. Never going to this location EVER again.

Ordered a latte on the app. Lady at the window says the latte machine is down, do I want something else...like a frappe? No...too sweet, just give me a refund. Manager comes to the window and states that they can't give refunds or credits!! I knew it was BS, but had them give me an iced coffee. It was terrible and I dumped it out. Called McD customer service and was told the owner would contact me. No call. Now I see all the other negative reviews. Can't believe corporate doesn't get involved.

We are going to keep this real simple. Please note the picture below of a sausage cheese mcmuffin. Are you proud to serve burnt food? Would you serve this to your family? This food went through the grill person who made it and the person who wrapped it. Seems to me this shouldn't have made it to the customer. You failed.

I work near this place. They always fast and so far no mistake on my orders. Keep it up you all great.

This is slowest restaurant in Memphis I sometime order thru door dash it seems to be faster. When I decide to go myself it takes about 30 to 45 minutes in the drive thru. They never have enough employees
