Panera Bread

This was my Second visit to this location. Both visits took place around lunch (11am) Not too busy. Wait time was rather short! I would say 5-7 mins from the time we placed our order. My friend got the broccoli cheddar Bread bowl(excellent choice, as usual) I tried the tuna today and was Not disappointed ! Hearty portion in my book. Atmosphere was pleasant and staff were friendly. Will definitely be back for a third visit 👍

The mixed berry Greek yogurt parfaits are always skimpy here and they get an attitude whey you say something...I asked the shift lead would she pay 5dollars for this and she got mad... I had a legitimate complaint chick Fila is 1.50 less and you get more than these guys give you... look at the pics... this is ridiculous.. and it's like that everytime I come here. One associate used to make mine when ordered but she no longer works here.. Skip the Greek yogurt unless you like paying for something that you get very little of.🤨

I ordered 2 Cobb salads with extra avocado. The order was $28 and when I brought it home I eat, I noticed that there was very little salad, one little slice of avocado and no hard boiled egg. The staff was rude when I went in to pick it up. I would go over to McAlister’s across the street instead. I write to the company and have the them the opportunity to make it right. They never contacted me back and I am making good on my threat to post to social media.

Every time I come to this location and pat almost 5dollars for a fruit and berry Greek parfait I get skimped... would you pay 5$ for this ? And the last time I went I said something to the shiftlead and she got a attitude because I asked her would she pay 5 dollars for something that's not even full to the rim with what you paid for??? I don't understand if when management gets an attitude when a customer has a legitimate complaint??? I attached pics... if you're renonexistent practically this... I ask you would you pay 5 dollars for this where is the yogurt???it's nonesx
