Burger King

We ordered a plain chicken sandwich add cheese and a whopper with cheese, ketchup, mustard only and they gave us both with everything one it. After saying i cant eat mayonnaise, it’s supposed to be plain and it’s supposed to have cheese on it, she took it back put cheese on it but it still wasn't plain. Again, I cannot eat mayonnaise. We ended up just going to the Burger King on 138 where they can actually get your order right and the workers don't roll their eyes at you after THEY messed up.🙂

Long line after a Juneteenth event ended nearby and it was one of the few restaurants open in the area that late (around 10:10 pm on a Sunday night). The line moved fairly well especially when we found out it was only 2 people working. The young lady taking orders and operating the window was so very polite, mannerable and professional. She apologized for our wait in line and a short delay getting our food at the window. She explained the vehicle behind us ( some rude man who blew his horn at us to move up in a very tight long line, sigh) In a day where everyone seems short-handed and the workers are tired, overworked and overwhelmed, I appreciated her pleasant and respectful demeanor and yes, I told hee so!! Well done 👏🏾 and Thank you for an excellent customer service experience!!

Got to the drive thru at 10:15pm...they close at 11pm. Was told they have no more burgers to sell only side items...ridiculous. I disputed this and was told that the grill is off and takes an hour to turn back on. In all the years that I have been on this Earth and eaten from burger king...I have never heard of them running out of burgers with 45 minutes left to be open. These workers have no regards to the customers and only care about going home instead of serving the public as burger King advertises. They make decisions to turn off the grill an hour before closing so that customers can get frustrated with the limited options available and leave. Horrible. This is happening every single night and is a poor representation of burger kings advertising of putting the customer first. The owner of this franchise needs to be more aware of this misdeeds or they just don't care.

Horrible service. Very very slow. I waited in the drive-thru line for 22 minutes. I would of left but I was blocked in by other patrons behind me. This is the second time I’ve experienced long wait times and subpar service. The first time I thought it was an isolated event but I should have known better. This BK is a big mess!!
