Dairy Queen

As a food blogger who still works a 9-5, I only get an hour for lunch and I have to always have a million things to get accomplished during that hour. So being able to get an entire meal plus a small blizzard for only $7 is a won in my books. Every time I have visited the parking lot and inside of the store is always extremely clean which I consider that a win as well. The only complaint I could possibly have is it always takes a while to get your meal.

I love this place. My family has been going here for years for lunch, dinner or after game treats. The staff is always so nice, the building inside and out is always clean and most importantly it's consistent. You know exactly what you get when you go here. The owner being in the restaurant and interacting with the customer makes you feel really appreciated

Very disappointed with the customer service from the tall slender black guy. It started at the speaker box while placing my order. Being that I had not eaten at a Dairy Queen in over a year, I wanted to look over the menu. As I was searching for a proper meal, the guy rushed me to place my order. I immediately felt uncomfortable and quickly made a choice. Then he rushed me to respond with my drink selection. I as for ketchup. He said it was in the bag. Before I could ask for more ketchup, he shut the little window in my face. I drove off. The onion rings were nice and crisp so they get 2 ⭐⭐'s for that. Unfortunately I won't return to this restaurant to upgrade them from 2⭐⭐'s to a 5 star 😕 I will never know if the customer service improved and don't care. Customer service is every thing. The food could have been horrible, but if the the customer service was great, it would have made a huge difference.

I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this great restaurant. happy to tell that we enjoyed a marvelous evening and the venue was definitely one of the reasons for this happy gathering. The team cooperated in a sweet way, the meals were tasty and my friends were extremely cheerful. We shall surely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Every time I have been to this place it has been the same. The workers are just a little slower but the order is usually right. The food tasting good. We usually get everything that we ordered and don’t have to come back. Please introduce some new flavors/inventions in the ice cream department and quicker turn outs. Since Covid all fast food lines have been longer tho but if I see a long line I pull away and don’t even pull in. I go somewhere else.
