Wing Stop - Conroe

Stood there for 15 min after order was said to be done ( not a big deal)....lady said I’m goin to give you an extra blue cheese. The problem is I never got the ranch I ordered, and the order was messed up with totally wrong flavors. It was not at a busy time, rather they want to stand in the back, talk and not wash hands with soap after shoveling raw chicken into fry basket. Instead of clapping and conversing, how about you read order that has simple instructions that state the most important part of a wing order.....the flavor.....

Terrible management. Stopped here on the way to Houston and it was awful. The wings her soggy and we had asked for extra crispy. The fries were even worse. I had barely any sauce on my wings either. I had called that day to talk to the manager but I was waiting on the phone for 20 mins so I eventually hung up and called the next day. When I talked to the manager he said that there was nothing he can do other than that I should have brought my food back in if I didn’t like it. He even told me I could come back there and he would remake it it knowing that I literally was an hour away. I’m not driving an hour for wingstop. I took the food and we were eating it on the drive in hopes that we could throw them in the oven to make the better but they were even worse. Literally the worst wings I’ve ever had and the staff is horrible.. never going back

After waiting an extra 20 minutes for food..which is understable when its busy. They then questioned if we paid. We showed the receipt. Went to the car ..realized they forgot the drinks. Got home ..there were no sauces and they had put the boxes with large amount of wings which were heavy on top of the box that had a few boneless in it so it broke the bottom boxes and leaked over everything else and the worse part was everything especially the boneless were overcooked. Wont be back to this location again. Its always seems to be a problem there

I called about my order when I got home and asked to speak to the manager. The manager, so she said that's who she was (Spanish, I think), HUNG UP ON ME today because I called about my order. I told her there was no blue cheese sauce in my order. She asked me what flavor I wanted when I ordered. She thought I wanted the meal when I ordered and I said "no, just the wings". When I called she was VERY RUDE!! She said the sauce doesn't come with just wings. Had she told me that when I ordered just wings, it would have been different. BUT NOOO she didn't! You need a respectful manager!

I usually enjoy this location. Today I called about an order I've gotten many times only to be berated about the details of the deal being wrong. The deal online was different from the one in store, I eventually learned in between being told to listen and that I'm not listening when I wasn't even talking. I drove out of my way for a location that actually explained what was going on.
