There were only 2 employees there when we went in and they were trying to do there best to keep the place clean. We ended up waiting 15 minutes to get helped and one of the customers infront of us left but he'd been waiting alot longer. The smoothies we got were great but either the employees need to be trained on how-to handle a rush or there needs to be 3 employees in here at a time for those rushes.

Today, I visited this location and placed an order. A couple, who ordered after I did, both received their drinks before I did. It didn't even seem to matter to the workers. Yesterday, when I visited this location, I asked the 2 workers what time the store usually opens. Neither of them knew, and the male staff member told me that the store hours are on the door. This location does give me good smoothies but the customer service is making me debate whether to return.

I've gone a few times now and besides taking my order and making the smoothie. They do not greet you, or tell you to have a good day. There is zero morale here.
Other than that, my smoothie is great every time!

Been going here for along time. They make great smoothies. The employees are always nice and helpful. This is a great store, and I will continue to go here for all of my smoothie needs.

I usually don’t post reviews and I am understanding when it comes to those who deal with customer service. I walked in to a short girl who is of color. She didn’t acknowledge me at all until minutes of me already standing. With her AirPods in and on her phone, she told me she’ll be right with me and proceeded to be on her phone. Another woman came out of the back had to get the other girl’s attention to take my order. I was glad to have the other woman to make my order.

the 2 girls are so rude. i went with my friend to get a smoothie and they were rude and sat on the floor on their phones. the worker told my friend to move out of the way while she was ordering. you will NOT get my business anymore. shame on you smoothie king.

Ricardo has lost his mind. He’s the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. Whatever you do, DO NOT select DELIVERY. First, you won’t get your smoothies. Second, you won’t get your money back. Ricardo has cost the company a customer for life. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER SMOOTHIE KING. I will get a refund, trust that! And I will be reporting this location to the BBB.

I live in Willis and there are no smoothie kings around, this is the closest location to me. On multiple occasions I’ve come to this location at night and they have closed early so beware it’s not worth coming at night you will just waste your gas and not be able to buy a smoothie …
