Dunkin'

The Manager Ona lost it on us. We were waiting for a mobile order. She asked what we were waiting on. My wife answered her and then she started yelling at her. Must have been having a bad day. Worst customer service ever. Huge attitude. We will not be back. When I asked for the owner’s information she butted in and started yelling at me. I never yelled at her I was very calm. She just kept yelling even when I was leaving. Worst human I have ever had to deal within

I just stopped in and ordered my usual coffee I have purchased from this location many times. I have received the wrong thing on occasion but today I ordered French vanilla hot coffee, extra extra milk, 2 Splenda. I received vanilla swirl, 5 sugars, 2 Splenda and 5 milk! I am diabetic and this was a huge problem for me! If in doubt you should verify order not play games!

I’ve been to this Dunkin’s twice in the past month,the first time I waited in a half hour long line of cars (although there were only three/four cars ahead of me) only to order and be told that they were not serving food that day. It was very frustrating because there was no signage indicating otherwise, and I would not have waited in line had I known. I also went a few weeks back and waited about 15 minutes at the window for my order, only to receive a cold, disassembled breakfast sandwich. I’ve been highly dissatisfied with my experience at this location and would not recommend it to others.
