This is like my 5th time in a row that my food has either been messed up or plain out burnt. Staff is rude and very lazy. Don’t eat here . It’s a waste of money

My wife and I just sat in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes without having our order taken or otherwise being acknowledged. To be clear, we were the ones at the order window.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable, especially when the line wraps into the road on 29.
Edit: Tried it again since we really like Wendy's food. Guess what? We sat here for 10 minutes. Nothing. Nada. If you love waiting for food that is cold, this is your location.

I ordered ahead using the mobile app, then went into the store and waited 15 to 20 minutes, to pick up my order. I asked the cashier if my order was almost ready she told me that my order hasn't even been made yet, The manager then peaked around the corner and informed me that there were orders that came through the drive thru that needed to be made before she could make a mile order. I ordered my food 10 minutes before I had arrived at the store so so a 40 minute wait and still no food very unprofessional. I only ordered 2 hamburgers.

The worse ever while I understand a lot of restaurants are short staff. The quality of food is terrible. I ordered a simple meal my sandwich is inedible and everything is cold. I sat in line for 45 minutes for inedible food. My cheese sauce shouldn’t have even been sold to me.Disgusting I will never visit this wendys ever again. Why not just close down until you can hire the correct amount of staff

This is was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went there and got a 4 for 4 just cheese. I was babysitting and the kid I had is allergic to Mayo, if I would have given it to him he could have died. Absolutely terrible. After I tried to call they answer and hang up. I cannot wait to talk to corporate.

Other than the delicious food, I love how wendy's picks on the other fast food chains, calling them out and making fun of them, even this location insults McDonald's in the drive-thru advertising.
The food was great and the employees upgraded my frosty by a size for free just for taking another minute or so to prepare the food.

I understand that everything is a little slow at the moment due to lack of staffing, however me as a single person could make meals for 3 cars worth of people in a span of 47 minutes. I don't know what they ordered but I didn't realize at the time of my arrival that I had the family from cheaper by the dozen 3 in the car in front of me.... 47 minutes..... seriously guys what are you doing in that kitchen. I don't know and apparently neither do they.....

I do not understand why this particular Wendy’s is even open for business. The dining room is not open for customers. Customers can only go through the drive through. Which that takes an extremely long time. It seems like only a few employees are working inside and they are taking instead of working. Employee attitude is not professional. I personally will be going to a different Wendy’s to order.
