Asked for a Cajun sandwich combo and got 2 pieces of bread and chicken plus cold fries. No mayo,tomato,or lettuce. Pretty lazy and sorry. Worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to

Great service! Ambryance was so helpful. The manager Angelia was supportive and made sure our food was hot and fresh!!! Facilities very clean and bathrooms smelled great! Coming from Miami to VA just wanted fresh hot food!

Went here there was 20 cars in the Drive-Thru so they were taking their time I pull up the doors unlocked I go in it says the dining room is closed for eating so I'll walk on in because I want my order to go and the attitudes and the speech that was giving me by the workers was very unprofessional telling me how dare I walk in the door when it says plainly it's closed and I inform them that it says the dining room is closed for and that I wasn't wanting to eat inside I was just wanting to go order instead of waiting in the Drive-Thru cuz it's so bad I had to leave the restaurant so very rude slow service competitor so I hope the owner of this establishment is happy with his workers

Dining room is still closed, why? Got 2 combos and the season fries had no seasoning. Not the first time at this location.

Sandwich was got and fresh the bo rounds were soggy and semi enjoyable at best and the customer service was just sad. Some young kid who obviously hates his job and me even more for dare coming in this morning to get food. Then while I'm waiting the employees discussing and complaining about working today and other unprofessional talk. The funny thing is yesterday was a whole different staff and they were friendly and curtious.

The food is great as in every Bojangles, but the lobby is closed because of Covid? That is such an old excuse. Nobody even cares about that anymore let’s get on with life and move forward.
It’s JAN 10…. Open the lobby already. I won’t come back till the lobby is open

Drive thru only open. Missing food in our order, after calling to alert staff of missing food, was told to go thru the drive thru again. Took 20 min to get our missing food, while our original food was obviously getting cold. Reason we were given to make us go thru the drive thru again is they were short staffed. That may be but still would have taken less then a minute to bring missing items to the door instead of 20 min wait in drive thru.
